Erin Flynn empowers clients and families with a direct compassionate approach to family law. By fostering open communication and trust, Erin guides clients through the legal process and complexities of family law. Erin is not afraid to tackle tough issues head-on, advocating fiercely for clients' rights and interests in and out of the courtroom. Known for assertive advocacy, and unwavering commitment to achieving favorable outcomes, Erin partners with clients in their journey toward resolution and empowerment.

Erin focuses her practice on all aspects of family law including divorce, separate maintenance (legal separation), paternity, child custody, parenting time, child and spousal support, and prenuptial agreements. Erin practices primarily in Washtenaw, Wayne, and Oakland counties.

Prior to founding Flynn Law, Erin worked for two prestigious boutique law firms – a firm in Northville from 2014 through 2020, and most recently, a firm in Ann Arbor.

Erin graduated from Western Michigan Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2014. During her law school career, Erin was a member of the National Moot Court team, interned for the Honorable Kathryn A. Viviano in Macomb County, and practiced as a student attorney with the Family Law Assistance Project assisting low-income victims of domestic violence with their family law matters. Erin resides in Plymouth with her husband and three sons.
